MSJD Services’ Landscaping division are your source for the delivery and installation of high quality sod and/or grass replacement. We prefer to use Kentucky Blue Grass Sod through our suppliers, and can provide quality guaranteed sod with the proper care and environment.

Ripping out old/unwanted grass and dirt is our specialty. Once we get your old/unwanted grass or dirt hauled away, we level and scape the soil in preparation and for new sod. We use manpower or bobcat/skid steer machinery depending on the size and scope of the job. Once your grass is laid, we roll and irrigate it to certify its position on the land. We are always mindful about drainage and water flow/pooling, and take careful measures to avoid improper water flow whenever need be.

Our Landscape and Lawn Care crews suggest allowing new grass/sod to take in its roots to the earth with the aid of lots of water to assist the new roots in setting in to the ground. In simple as well as challenging areas of your yard, we take pride in understanding and providing exactly what our clients want to see in a new lawn. Achieving a good balance of water and sunlight is key to your sod’s health. We are able to provide delivery of sod, soil, and any other landscape materials, as well as any haul away required.

FAQ: If I have an area of my lawn that is dying, do I need to replace the whole lawn or can I replace the area?
